OUR MISSION - We have five bold objectives that will guide our work and ensure our program continues to lead and inspire:

Empowerment Through Leadership: Offer guidance and insights to the Johnnie Football leadership team to ensure the program stays at the top of its game.

Mentorship and Career Growth: Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for current and former players, helping them succeed long after they hang up their cleats.

Nationwide Recruiting Support: Expand our reach by assisting in the recruitment of talented student-athletes from coast to coast, keeping Johnnie Football strong for years to come.

Fueling the Future: Develop financial programs and explore NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) opportunities as well as the Gagliardi Legacy Fund to support our players and keep Johnnie Football competitive at the highest level.
